Overview

The Administrative Assistant will be the face of our outpatient or hospital facilities, using administrative skills to impact the lives of our patients and their families.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
