The Senior Scrum Master will lead Agile practices to enhance workflow efficiency and coach teams within the organization.

Requirements

• Active/current Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
• 7+ years of Scrum Master and Agile experience.
• Experience facilitating meetings with management.
• Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Adept in Scrum techniques like story splitting and estimation.
• Planning and problem-solving skills with product teams.
