• Analyze employee-related liabilities and accounting treatments.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and support audit processes.
• Process manual journal entries related to payroll transactions.
• Maintain customized procedures for accounting guidance.
• Review balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
• Handle audit queries from internal and external sources.
• Work with payroll operations and vendors.
• Participate in project assignments as required.

Requirements

• M.com / MBA / ICWA inter / CA inter with relevant experience.
• 6 years of experience in Payroll or Employee related liability accounting.
• Experience with SAP (FI) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• Good multitasking and time management skills.
• Desired skills in macro setup and data analysis.
