Overview

The Lease Accounting team is looking for a Lease Accounting Analyst in Beachwood, OH to manage and maintain lease agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring all lease terms and conditions are accurately documented and adhered to.

In Short

• Track lease billings and monitor lease expiration dates.
• Manage lease renewals and oversee calculation and billing of lease-related charges.
• Resolve issues regarding lease compliance and ensure accurate tenant billings.
• Administer a portfolio of retail leases and maintain lease files.
• Review and interpret lease agreements for reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Calculate and bill lease-related charges including Base Rent and Additional Rents.
• Conduct feasibility studies for prospective deals.
• Process adjustments to tenant accounts and generate calculation support.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve tenant disputes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Lease Structures.
• Experience drafting leases and performing lease abstracts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Microsoft products and real estate accounting software.
