Overview

As a Lead Accounting Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, automation, and optimization of financial systems to support accurate reporting and scalable growth within a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred; Experience at a Big Four Firm is a plus.
• 5+ years in accounting systems analysis or financial systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems like NetSuite and FloQast.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
