In Short

  • Provide world-class technical assistance and support to Dune’s paid users and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and refine support documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Experience with crypto data and Dune.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
