As a Talent Agent at Dulcedo Management, you’ll be at the forefront of talents’ careers, helping them unlock opportunities and manage their brand collaborations.

In Short

• Identify and sign exceptional talents in the influencer space.
• Act as a trusted advisor to amplify talents' visibility and personal brands.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention KPIs.
• Negotiate sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop personal branding strategies for talents.
• Assist in onboarding new talents to Dulcedo.
• Collaborate with team members on talent success projects.
• Attend industry events to build connections.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience.
• Experience in negotiating influencer marketing collaborations.
• Established connections within PR and media sectors.
• Strong awareness of the industry landscape.
• Understanding of social media tools and analytics.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation.
• Ability to navigate changing market conditions.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Passion for the industry and flexibility in communication.
• A business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
