Program Manager - Technology Research & Innovation - Remote

Overview

The Technology Research & Innovation (TRI) team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to establish and implement a structured framework for ways of working within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, tracked effectively, and aligned with organizational objectives to support the overarching company strategy.

In Short

• Establish and maintain a structured framework for ways of working.
• Deliver regular executive-level updates on team accomplishments.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all project information.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for teams.
• Manage and track the portfolio’s resource budget.
• Act as a communication bridge between delivery teams and senior management.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement project frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and SOWs.
• Strong knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience in agile, lean, or hybrid project methodologies.
• SAFe, PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
