Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst at DTCC, you will be responsible for connecting clients to automate the data transfer process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.

In Short

• Work on innovative projects in a supportive team environment.
• Gather and validate data from clients for network connections.
• Implement network and authentication configurations.
• Perform data delivery configurations with strict adherence to procedures.
• Manage client expectations and resolve queries.
• Monitor client queries using case management tools.
• Provide support via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot internal alerts.
• Document work using Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
• Contribute to department projects and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP, and IBM MQ Messaging.
• Good understanding of IT networking.
