As the Global People Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be part of the Global People & Culture team, responsible for managing and improving the strategic impact of the People & Culture function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ in consulting.
• Experience in designing and implementing employee lifecycle processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
• Team player with a multicultural mindset.
• Experience in data utilization and dashboard creation.
