DS Smith is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist in Eerbeek to connect customers with our internal supply chain, sales, and production teams. This role involves managing a customer portfolio and ensuring efficient order processing and communication.

• Act as the central contact point for customers regarding quotes, orders, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to manage a customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotes and determine margins in consultation with the Account Manager.
• Engage with production to ensure customer commitments are met.

• Coordinate with supply chain to determine delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Technical or commercial education at HBO level.
• Experience in sales, supply chain, or customer service is advantageous.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
