Overview

The Sustainability Analyst will support global customers in achieving their decarbonisation and sustainability goals by providing tailored performance data and high-quality reports.

In Short

  • Join the Sustainability Team at DS Smith.
  • Support customers with sustainability performance data.
  • Compile and review data for internal and external reporting.
  • Develop data visualisations for insights.
  • Engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Use strong analytical skills to provide insights.
  • Work independently and build relationships.
  • Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of carbon and environmental accounting standards.
  • Experience in sustainability-related fields, ideally manufacturing.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, especially in Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of sustainability data and IT systems.
