Overview

The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Team to ensure the success of Druva’s MSP customers, focusing on enablement, activation, development, and expansion experiences.

In Short

  • Collaborate with MSP Team for customer success.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to customer success.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing technical support.
  • Oversee incident management and service operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Manage MSP feedback and product needs.
  • Plan for occasional travel.
  • Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in MSP accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers.
  • Understanding of data centers and backup/restore/DR industry.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure workloads.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and account planning.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce/GainSight/Power BI.
