Overview

As a Senior/Lead UX UI designer at Droppe, you will design intuitive user experiences for e-commerce, focusing on improving the purchasing journey for workwear.

Requirements

• Proven track record in e-commerce and CRO.
• Strong UI design experience and understanding of design patterns.
• Extensive experience in UX research and fundamentals.
• Experience with AI workflows and eagerness to learn new tech.
• Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Experience in Figma and design systems.
• Good eye for design and a strong portfolio.
• Skills in GA4 are a plus.
• Native German speaker required.
• Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design.
