As a Solutions Marketing Manager focused on the IT persona, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding the challenges and goals of IT decision-makers and influencers. You’ll craft solutions-based messaging and positioning that resonates with this persona, highlighting Dropbox’s value in enhancing security, scalability, and productivity. You'll empower our sales teams with tools, insights, and narratives that win the hearts and minds of IT audiences, ultimately driving business growth.

• Possess a deep understanding of IT personas, including their pain points and motivations.
• Craft compelling positioning and messaging tailored to IT audiences.
• Collaborate with PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies.
• Build sales enablement materials to help Sales and Customer Success teams engage IT buyers.
• Support the creation of thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and solution briefs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing, preferably in tech/B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT buyer personas and their priorities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
