Event Operation Manager - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for the conception and coordination of our Drink & Paint Events (fully digital – no on-site presence required).
• Manage communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders during event planning.
• Actively work on the continuous improvement and quality assurance of our event formats.
• Take responsibility for project planning and management in close coordination with the team.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or a comparable field.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and demonstrate flexibility and improvisation under pressure.
• Willingness to work outside of regular working hours and on weekends.
