Lead AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of advanced AI solutions that create business value and enhance user experiences.

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 7-8 years experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of transformer-based models such as BERT.
• Experience with LLMs like Anthropic and OpenAI.
• Knowledge of prompt-engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and common frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
