Requirements

• Experience building products with LLMs.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG.
• Ability to lead technical direction from idea to production.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript (Node.js).
• Curiosity about AI and LLMs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with finetuning LLMs (bonus).
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance coding workflows (bonus).
