In Short

• Assist with onboarding new Online Sales Specialists.
• Facilitate DYC Fast Start and Online Sales Academy training programs.
• Work with builder partners for recruiting and hiring.
• Assist with CRM, Call Tracking, and Video Email setup and training.
• Conduct training presentations on various platforms.
• Collaborate to create new content and training presentations.
• Manage tech stack for Online Sales Specialists.
• Help with lead management and appointment setting.
• Provide training on online sales fundamentals.
• Support prospecting and prioritizing tasks for success.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Online Sales Specialist in the home building industry.
