In Short

• Build products and workflow tools to help Physicians do their jobs more effectively.
• Advance our Telehealth platform which connects doctors and patients millions of times per month.
• Build distributed systems that put clinical knowledge, secure messaging, and professional connections at a doctor’s fingertips.
• Secure, cache, and optimize software systems that can handle millions of operations per day.
• Work independently in a small (3-6 people) product and engineering team.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Contribute to decision-making processes for product and commercial teams.
• Utilize Ruby and Rails to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in a distributed team environment.
• Help improve the healthcare system through technology.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to work independently and deliver functional solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in building production software.
• Comfortable working in small teams.
• Pragmatic approach to software engineering.
• Willingness to help across teams as needed.
