Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with global business teams, supporting the integration of Dotmatics employees into Siemens Digital Industries Software, and implementing effective people strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Qualification in Human Resources (CPP, CIPD or similar).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of UK, EMEA, and US employment laws.
• Experience with HR systems, especially Workday.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to influence leaders and peers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in change management and process implementation.
