The Executive Administrator will provide vital support in finance, HR, and compliance management, ensuring smooth operations across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

  • 3+ years of experience in administration or operations support.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, cashiering, or operations support.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Preferred experience at a Big Four accounting firm or top-tier consultancy.
