DashMart is part of the New Verticals division with Doordash and we are a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable, and high quality delivery. Our goal as an Operational Support Team, is to build and scale new and innovative ways to delight our customers.

In Short

• Key member of the Central Ops Enablement team.
• Bridging people, processes, and systems for operational changes.
• Apply change management frameworks like ADKAR.
• Partner with PMO, Comms, and Learning teams.
• Optimize tools like Jira for operational efficiency.
• Analyze readiness data and adoption metrics.
• Draft SOPs and playbooks for standardization.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
• 1–3 years experience in change management or operational enablement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in change management or program support.
• Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Zendesk.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.
• Strong systems thinker connecting tools and processes.
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Expert communication skills adaptable for various audiences.
• Empathy for operational realities from frontline roles.
