Overview

The Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Corporate Services will be part of the Global Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for aligning effective sourcing strategies with long-term business goals.

• Lead global sourcing (RFx) projects and manage a sizable spend.
• Negotiate deals and manage contracts with a focus on commercial terms.
• Influence and educate internal partners on sourcing best practices.
• Benchmark and facilitate best practices; drive improvements through reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders across the company for cost savings.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Juggle simultaneous projects with competing timelines.
• Drive execution of contracts liaising with the legal team.
• Support various subcategories including professional services and logistics.
• Work within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/category management.
• Expertise in Corporate services.
• Proven success in developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to operate quickly to improve value for priority spend.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing skills.
