The Consumer Strategy & Operations team’s mission is to accelerate Marketplace growth sustainably. Using a customer-obsessed approach, we own market strategy, consumer affordability, partnerships, new value propositions, and the Marketplace homepage.

In Short

• Strategise - devise and execute optimal pricing strategy for customers and business.
• Build - optimize fee structures and launch new products through collaboration.
• Deliver impact - create value through optimized pricing structure.
• Work daily with a broad team - lead Australia’s Affordability workstream.

Requirements

• 6-9+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics or related experience.
• Strong business acumen - able to identify insights from data.
• Operate at the lowest level of detail - a relentless problem solver.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership - comfortable in a highly-visible role.
• Proven analytical skills - advanced Excel skills and competency in SQL.
