doola is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support daily execution across our social channels—scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and assisting with content creation.

In Short

• Manage and schedule daily social media posts across various platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for comments and mentions.
• Maintain a Notion-based content calendar and track performance.
• Stay updated on platform trends and assist with content creation.
• Communicate proactively with the Social Media Manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in social media coordination or digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of social media features and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic video or graphic editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management systems preferred.
