CRM Integration Specialist (Client-Facing) - Remote

Overview

DonorSearch is seeking a detail-oriented and high-performing CRM Integration Specialist to join our Channels team. This position is remote and requires US residency. This position combines technical expertise, client-facing responsibilities, and collaborative efforts to streamline customer integration processes.

In Short

• Work closely with the Channels Team, IT, Client Success, and other team members.
• Support, troubleshoot, and implement integrations across multiple platforms.
• Create training materials and host client-facing webinars.
• Contribute to internal and client-facing documentation efforts.
• Prior experience in a SaaS sales or customer success role is a plus.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising or donor management processes is required.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts.
• Full-time position with less than 25% travel.
• Compensation includes a $60,000 annual salary with potential KPI bonuses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in integration support or related roles.
• Experience in a client-facing role is required.
• Familiarity with data syncing or software integration processes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
