Requirements

  • Excitement about Done’s vision and its impact on healthcare.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience diagnosing and treating patients with ADHD.
  • Comfort with hybrid care methods (in-person and remote).
  • Willingness to prioritize patient care.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry or related field.
  • Valid DEA/License in Texas.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and adapting to new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
