Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist is responsible for supporting maintenance teams and processes at Domino’s Supply Chain Centers throughout a region or territory, focusing on developing standard maintenance procedures and ensuring the reliability of equipment.

In Short

• Remote position with up to 50% travel.
• Full-time role with a salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus.
• Responsible for maintenance procedures and documentation at supply chain centers.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance.
• Manage critical spare parts and evaluate maintenance programs.
• Participate in development and validation of new installations.
• Support local teams in Root Cause Analysis.
• Lead maintenance training and reviews.
• Optimize R&M spend with suppliers.
• Provide technical support to supply chain centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering roles.
• Experience in food manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS/ERP systems.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication skills for remote stakeholder management.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience is a plus.
