Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist will support maintenance teams and processes at Domino’s Supply Chain Centers throughout a region or territory, focusing on developing standard maintenance procedures and ensuring the reliability of equipment.

• Remote position with up to 50% travel.
• Full-time role with a salary of $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus.
• Responsible for maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance.
• Manage preventative maintenance systems and processes.
• Provide technical support to Supply Chain Centers.
• Lead Supply Chain Maintenance reviews and meetings.
• Participate in vendor management and optimization initiatives.
• Support the execution of the Maintenance training plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil).
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance or food safety in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and local regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Experience leading large scale projects with remote stakeholders.
• AutoCAD or Revit knowledge is a plus.
