Overview

The Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist will provide leadership and functional direction to Supply Chain Centers, utilizing problem-solving and lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Proficient in data analysis, SAP, and SQL.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen related to productivity and cost.
  • Effective communicator with strong facilitation skills.
  • Ability to travel, including to Canada.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement improvement methodologies.
  • Strong team-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Integrity and confidence to work across functions.
  • Broad understanding of supply chain challenges.
