Cybersecurity Analyst I - Remote

Overview

Doma Technology LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst I to enhance security measures and ensure compliance within the organization.

In Short

• Work as a contractor, 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for identifying and reporting on privacy and security requirements.
• Engage in incident response and investigations.
• Conduct phishing awareness training and simulations.
• Lead vendor security reviews and assessments.
• Proactively hunt for threats and monitor security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in incident response or SOC operations.
• Proficient in SIEM platforms like Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
• Knowledge of KQL for log analytics.
• Familiarity with phishing-simulation tools.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Comfort with NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure security certs are a plus.
