Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or similar.
  • Initial experience in customer/IT support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of databases (e.g., MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Ideally, knowledge of creating queries in SQL.
  • Very good knowledge of French & English; German is a plus.
  • Service-oriented and customer-friendly demeanor.
