Overview

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing the HRIS system and PX processes to improve efficiency and compliance within the organization.

• Full ownership of the HRIS system (Hibob).

Requirements

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
• 1-2 years in a similar global role.
• Experience as a system administrator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong analytical skills.
