Project Specialist / CS Ops (Remote)

Overview

The Project Specialist will lead and execute project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation of solutions.

In Short

• Lead and execute end-to-end project fronts.
• Translate business objectives and customer experience needs into structured action plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.
• Conduct risk analyses and identify potential obstacles.
• Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support the identification and evaluation of external suppliers.
• Contribute to documentation and process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in project management in Customer Success.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Hive, MS Project).
• Fluency in English.
