Backend Developer (Full Remote)

Overview

We are a product company developing a CRM for the healthcare sector, used by leading clinics in Europe and Latin America. Our goal? To make the patient journey simple and digital, allowing doctors and operators to focus on what truly matters.

In Short

• We are looking for 2 mid-level Backend Developers to join our backend teams.
• Work on two distinct products: one for clinics and hospitals, and another for the insurance world.
• Grow in a broad and complex technical environment.
• Develop and improve product features.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform.
• Tackle real product issues.
• Participate in code refactoring and reviews.
• Share best practices and ideas with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience (at least 3 years in product companies or complex projects).
• At least 2 years of experience in backend OOP development.
• Knowledge and willingness to evolve legacy/monolithic code.
• Solid foundations in SQL (MySQL).
• Experience with code testing, TDD, SOLID principles.
• Advanced knowledge of the Italian language (C1).
