Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and maintain an executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure the executive’s time is optimized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
