In Short

• Serve as the Pigment owner for the Finance team, managing system setup and building new models.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into Pigment use cases.
• Build and maintain recurring finance reports and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to automate financial processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Support the team with ad hoc analysis across revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across Pigment, Excel, and Google Sheets models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance systems management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment or similar FP&A platforms is a must.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator who can translate financial/system concepts.
