In Short

• Build and run internal platform services on AWS.
• Evolve our multi-tenant Kubernetes environment.
• Drive reliability through code and embrace GitOps practices.
• Design, develop, and ship internal platform services in Go or Python.
• Codify infrastructure with Terraform.
• Define SLOs and lead on-call rotations.
• Evolve Docker’s ingress stack for secure request routing.
• Operate and scale multi-tenant EKS clusters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor newer engineers and influence engineering culture.

Requirements

• Strong software development skills in Go, Python, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in shipping and operating cloud applications.
• Solid foundation in Linux, networking, and cloud security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem and observability tooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD & release automation tools.
• Knowledge of cost optimisation at scale.
• Experience with distributed systems and containers.
