Global Trader - Remote

Overview

As a Global Trader at dLocal, you will focus on executing foreign exchange operations across emerging markets, managing market risk, and ensuring effective liquidity management.

In Short

• Execute and monitor global FX operations across multiple emerging markets.
• Design and implement hedging strategies to manage currency and liquidity exposures.
• Analyze macroeconomic and geopolitical factors affecting EM currencies.
• Manage short-term liquidity positioning across entities.
• Optimize execution quality using trading platforms and market data tools.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Local Market teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and trading platforms.
• Execute FX operations using stablecoins, where applicable.
• Prepare and present market updates and risk exposure reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FX trading, preferably in emerging markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of risk management and hedging techniques.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Self-starter, adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Crypto markets is a plus.
• Experience with Bloomberg or other trading systems is a plus.
• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
