Requirements

• 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations.
• Proven experience in accounting management.
• Strategic mindset for building scalable financial frameworks.
• Hands-on leadership style for operational and strategic tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A master's degree, MBA, or CPA/CRC certification is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English is required.
