• Manage daily operations with partners including reconciliations and troubleshooting.
• Track and escalate technical or operational issues.

• Build and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Support internal teams with operational insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing flows such as settlements and reconciliations.
• Comfortable working with APIs and transaction data.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
