Overview

As a Space Planner at JLL, you will play a crucial role in optimizing space allocation and planning solutions to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with workplace standards.

In Short

• Support development and delivery of Space Planning solutions.
• Manage site-level allocation, blocking, and stacking.
• Develop migration plans for office space.
• Maintain accuracy of CAFM/IWMS data.
• Facilitate planning issues with the MAC team.
• Support communication with stakeholders regarding accommodation solutions.
• Track and report office demand and space metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams on space requests.
• Analyze attendance and occupancy data.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in space planning preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with activity-based working programs preferred.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• CAFM/IWMS experience.
• AutoCAD skills preferred.
• Relationship building and customer service skills.
• Tactical planning experience.
