Overview

The Receptionist (Shift) at JLL will be responsible for delivering high-quality Facility Management services to clients, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

In Short

  • Provide front desk services including greeting clients and handling telephone calls.
  • Monitor office facilities and critical environments.
  • Assist in vendor management and contractor performance evaluation.
  • Ensure a good office environment and manage office equipment.
  • Handle confidential document destruction and archiving.
  • Coordinate purchasing of office supplies and manage billing.
  • Support the FM team with operational standards and cost reduction.
  • Supervise the receptionist and assist with staff relocation.
  • Maintain good communication with clients and landlords.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the client/FM.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in managing facilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
