• Reviewed and contributed to technical requirements and ensured testability – you’ve influenced product designs to make them easier to both use and validate.
• Drove user documentation and education – you’ve bridged the technology gap by becoming a product guru and have educated others by creating easy-to-follow documentation and educational content for system users.
• Strong love of breaking things and making them better – you’ve tackled the challenge of breaking the unbreakable and enjoy finding the flaws in systems.
• Experience writing code/scripts, architecting solutions, and teaching others.

Requirements

• 5 - 15 years testing software products, preferably with a strong understanding of the healthcare space and its requirements.
• Experience in all aspects of testing – unit, functional, component, integration, system, UI/UX, performance, reliability, security, etc.
• Broad familiarity with multiple languages and frameworks with a demonstrated adaptability to changing environments.
• Proven ability to identify and influence the selection, direction, and growth of quality tools, processes, and organization.
• Strong background in automation, but with ability and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and do things manually to get them done.
