Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations for our clients in a fully remote setup.

In Short

• Manage onboarding and implementation for new payroll clients.
• Set up company profiles, pay structures, employee records, and tax configurations.
• Process payroll tax payments and support quarterly and year-end activities.
• Generate W-2s, 1099s, and other required reports.
• Resolve discrepancies related to payroll data or tax filings.
• Provide client and employee support regarding payroll processes.
• Maintain payroll systems, perform reconciliations, and prepare reports for Finance.
• Assist with system updates, audits, and continuous process improvements.
• Flexible part-time schedule, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and business applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
