In Short

• Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll across multiple European counties.
• Review and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll related inquiries.
• Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify discrepancies in payroll data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years European payroll experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid working understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel (use of Pivot tables).
