This blended Paralegal and Intake Specialist position supports by managing high‑volume Personal Injury (PI) pre‑litigation cases while serving as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in PI case management or legal intake.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Experience with legal practice management systems like CLIO.
• Proficiency in typing at least 40 wpm.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Highly organized and efficient in balancing multiple priorities.
