Bilingual Paralegal & Intake Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal & Intake Specialist to support high-volume Personal Injury pre-litigation cases. This role involves client intake, case screening, communication, and coordination of medical treatment.

In Short

• Full-Time, 100% Remote position.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Experience: 1–2 years (California PI preferred).
• Serve as first point of contact for new clients.
• Conduct screenings and gather detailed incident information.
• Manage intake steps and maintain accurate data in systems (e.g., Clio Grow).
• Handle a high-volume PI pre-litigation caseload.
• Review medical records and coordinate treatment.
• Maintain regular client communication and prepare files for demands.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of PI intake or case management experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to manage large caseloads.
• Typing 40+ wpm; CLIO experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented and empathetic.
• Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment.
