We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist [Spanish] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.

In Short

• Compensation: $5 to $6 per hour, plus commissions.
• Shift Schedule: Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time.
• Shift Schedule: Monday to Wednesday - 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM US Central Time or 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM US Central Time.
• First point of contact for potential clients.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Strong understanding of the intake process.
